Vishwak Sen has issued an apology to his fans after a planned fan photo session didn’t go as expected. The crowd turned out to be far bigger than the team had prepared for, and many fans had to leave without meeting the actor.
“Exceeded Our Expectations”
In a letter shared with fans, Vishwak explained what went wrong.
“I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during the planned fan photo session. The overwhelming response and the incredible love shown by all of you exceeded our expectations, and unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate everyone due to limitations in our arrangements,” he wrote.
Things Went Out of Control
Vishwak admitted that managing the crowd became difficult once he started meeting fans.
“I met a few of you, and in the process, things unfortunately went out of control while managing the crowd,” he said. “I deeply regret that we could not manage the situation properly and ensure that everyone got an equal opportunity to meet me and take a photograph.”
“It Truly Hurts”
The actor said he understood how disappointed his fans felt after waiting for hours.
“I understand the disappointment of those who waited patiently but could not get an opportunity to take a photograph. It truly hurts to know that many of you had to leave disappointed, and I sincerely apologise for that,” he wrote.

Another Session Coming Soon
Vishwak promised his fans another chance.
“We are committed to organising another fan photo session soon, with improved planning, better crowd management, and proper arrangements to ensure a more comfortable, safe, and memorable experience for everyone,” he said.
He ended the letter by thanking his fans. “Your love means the world to me, and I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you.”
A Sign of Strong Fan Love
While the session didn’t go to plan, the huge turnout shows how much Vishwak’s fans love him. Fan meets have become a popular trend among Telugu stars lately, and big crowds like this show how strongly fans want to connect with their heroes.
Cult on October 30
The fan meet comes just days before the release of Cult, which Vishwak has written, directed and starred in. Billed as India’s first slasher thriller, the film releases on October 30, going up against Venkatesh and Trivikram’s Aadarsha Kutumbam.
